Alright, while I was cleaning up the rubble and putting them in crates on floor 2, I saw a ladder going down. I barricaded it with some concrete rubble, wood, plastic and metal scraps, and covereed the whole hole with the ladder with titanium.

How to get chat back

Go on your main account you want chat back!
Then Press Family:

Then after you put one of the accounts as a Parent and Full:

Turn it off then Make sure that account you made full and Parent is activated!
Log into it!
then click Family again but not on the main account!
When you do Then on the family board there is a pic of your account then Make
it Safe and Child mode! Then flip the family board off:

Still on the other account Click The family board again!
Then put the account you want as a PARENT ONLY!!
flip it off. Then on the MAIN ACCOUNT you go to the family board! and Press
on your account pic and Click Full!WOOT!! you got chat!!
Here is an easier way!!

I got on chobots and it's in safe mode, so 50% of us cannot use text chat. Please contact chobot support about this until safe mode stops! This is what I told them:

Great, now I see that you guys have taken away atleast 50% of the chobots chat. What did us 50% ever do to you guys? It's unfair, the other 50% has text chat! Are you guys just WANTING to be mean? I mean, come on! I got on chobots to text chat with my friends, not to be forced to use picture chat! And then, haven't you guys seen us saying: me no chat angry angry angry, and stuff like that? Like I said, are you guys TRYING to be mean?
Oh, and I see that you did not reply to why you keep chatbanning me for no reason. Now I am getting mad...

I have completely explored floor 2. No spectres. I saw some stairs going up, but I barricaded them just in case.

I have located a second floor. It is empty, except some rubble. This building may have been a stronghold during the first attacks.
